Upon disconnection, we stop syncing and remove stored OAuth tokens. Previously synced records remain in Grid Management unless you request deletion.

When you connect a cloud storage provider (Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, or Google Drive), only at your direction and with your explicit authorization through the provider's OAuth flow, we access:

Our access to your cloud storage is read-only — we never create, modify, move, or delete files in your account. We access files only when you select them; we do not scan, index, or continuously sync your cloud storage. OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, are used solely to retrieve files you request, and are revoked and deleted when you disconnect the provider through Settings → Integrations (or when you revoke access from the provider's own account settings). Files you import become part of your Grid Management data and are handled under this Policy; we request the minimum permissions necessary and do not use your cloud storage data for advertising or marketing.
